Hi My name is Debbie. I live in Az. I have a wonderful mom who is almost 80. She lives in Atlanta. She is quite the lady. I would like to have her move to Az and live closer to her daughter(me) and her three grandchildren. Unfortunately, we are unable to sell her house. Is there someone out there that would love to be philanthropic? Her home is beautiful, but not in the most desirable area of Atlanta. Her home, at one point, would have sold for approximately $140,000. I do not know the value at this time.
